All Certified Life Stress Test providers meet with our expert stress assessment and management team for a training during their initial onboarding. This educational workshop teaches you everything you need to know about the psychobiology of stress and health, how to assess stress using the Life Stress Test, and how to help patients identify biobehavioral targets for reducing stress and enhancing resilience.
